As event chair assistant, I work closely with our event chair to plan, decorate, and prearrange all venues for 12 annual cocktails, formals, and mixers. This includes facilitating communication with the venue manager and arranging paperwork for the Kappa Kappa Gamma national event network. Also at these events, I promote alcohol and drug-free events to ensure the safety of over 100 participants.
