As a member of the ministry leadership team, I initiate outreach for 13 new members to establish community in the ministry. I invite these new members to large group and other social events. In regards to weekly large group meetings, I lead vocals for worship of over 60 participants. I manage sound system set up/takedown before and after worship, and create and lead weekly Bible studies for 15 students.
